"Nights Like These" is the first song I ever wrote on my own. It has always been an acoustic song, imagined in the vein of Jim Croce's "Operator" or Joan Baez' "Diamonds and Rust" (though nowhere as poetic as either).

It was never without some chaos, which I think is well captured here.

"Sweat out the Panic," is my most recent song, written with lyrical help from Todd Williams/Victim of Propaganda. Without giving the thing away, the song taken from a meme (this is fine) and also years of living with (almost within) California's wildfires.
